Coach Jimmy Beane

Now in his seventh year with Above Basketball Academy, Coach Jimmy Beane brings decades of experience and a deep passion for developing young athletes. Originally from Bernie, Missouri, Jimmy excelled in high school basketball at Bernie High School before earning a spot on the roster at San Jacinto College, where he played for the Ravens for two seasons. Following his time at San Jacinto, he continued his collegiate career at Tennessee State University, competing for the Tigers and sharpening his skills at the Division I level.

In 2015, Coach Jimmy took on the role of varsity head coach at South Bend Clay High School in Indiana. He significantly impacted the program and gained valuable experience guiding young athletes to reach their potential. With a focus on fostering skill development and personal growth, Coach Jimmy is dedicated to helping players at Above Basketball Academy elevate their game and succeed on and off the court.
